Be the best you possible
To create a balanced life , we need to take a look at our emotions, mental state of mind, our physical body and our belief system or as I like to call it our spiritual side.
Emotional - Emotions are strong feelings that are stimulated by your conscious mind. E.G Love, acceptance, joy, trust. To manage your emotions you need to look after your unconscious mind.
Mental - The mind is very powerful, it can make you or break you. Its your responsibility to take care of it, nurture it, whatever you put in you get out.
Physical - Your body caries you everyday, your heart beats for you, your lungs breath for you. Its your responsibility to take care of this body. Exercise, nutrition and self love.
Spiritual - This is where your belief system comes in. We have all been put on this earth for a reason. And its your responsibility to find what your gift is and share it with the world. “We are spiritual beings, having a human experience."
By working on these areas of your life, you are reconnecting with your true self and reconnecting with everyone around you, we discover what really matters and start to live a fuller life.
